FIRSTLINK is an information referral service that connects Central Ohio residents with basic services, such as emergency food, housing, clothing and health care.  FIRSTLINK can direct individuals facing problems to local agencies which may help with provide counseling or other services.  The agency’s call center provides referrals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
